Campground Rules & Regulations1. Maximum of six people per site. Includes children. Maximum of 4 adults per site. Adults = 13 & older. Maximum of two vehicles - $5.00 per vehicle per night for each additional car, truck, or van. The extra vehicle must be parked in our upper parking lot, with our parking tag hanging in it. Vehicles without parking tags are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. 2.Registration of all campers, guests, and visitors at the office is required before entering. All Vehicles must check-in and have a pass BEFORE entering! 3. Visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 PM or they will be considered staying for the night and will be charged accordingly. 4. Campers filling out the registration form will be held accountable for all members of their party, including visitors. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. This means all recreational and noisy type activities such as volleyball, frisbee, ball games, horseshoes, etc. must be ended by 10:00 PM and not resumed until after 8:00 AM the following morning. 6. Radios are permitted. They must be played at a level that can be heard ONLY on your own site at ALL times and all radios must be turned off by 11:30 PM. Mandated by state regulations. 7. Set-ups and tear-downs will not be permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 8. WASTE WATER ONLY drains are for dishwater only. 9. Fires are permitted in the fire rings only! Firewood is offered for sale in the office. Only firewood is permitted. No burning of pallets or other material containing nails, screws, paint, etc. When you leave, you must take all of your leftover wood or you will be charged a clean-up fee. Fires above knee level are subject to being extinguished with water. 10. We provide one picnic table and one fire ring for each campsite. Please do not move them to another site without permission from the office. Cooking grates are not provided. 11. Trash - Please place all of your trash in the dumpster in the front parking lot Should you leave a mess, you will be charged a clean-up fee of a minimum of $25.00. This includes burning cans, bottles, etc. in fire rings. 12. Children - Parents will be responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. Children under 10 must be accompanied to the rest room or showers by a parent or guardian. 13. NO TREE OR SHRUB OF ANY KIND MAY BE CUT OR DAMAGED IN ANY MANNER! 14. Fireworks, firearms & slingshots of any kind are prohibited at all times. This includes BB guns. Your entire party will be asked to leave immediately if you chose to ignore this rule. No refunds! 15. Foul and profane language will not be tolerated. 16. Alcoholic beverages are permitted, if used in moderation and contained to YOUR camper, tent, or cabin. Drug use is not tolerated. Underage consumption (under age 21) is illegal and will be handled by the police. The campground is in the Loudonville City Limits and is patrolled regularly. 17.We are family oriented. Under the age of 21 must be married with their spouse, with their parents, or with a bona fide youth group. You have to meet this criteria or be 21 to camp here. One person being 21 is not acceptable. ID is required. 18. Due to state and insurance regulations, we cannot permit swimming. Check with the office for directions on where you can go swimming. 19. Check in is after 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Check- out time is before 2:00 pm 20. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Pets found in or around cabins will be considered grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. You must register your pet at the office when you check-in. Pets can not be left unattended. We DO charge a fee of $3.00 per pet per night. Shots must be current. 21. The speed limit on the campground drives is 5 MPH. Please obey this and all other traffic signs at all times. Driving faster than the posted speed limit is dangerous and makes a lot of dust. Driving in a reckless manner will not be tolerated and your entire party will be asked to leave! 22. Please restrict vehicle traffic between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If you have to use your vehicle during these hours please park in the parking lot in front. If one of your party is arriving late, have them park in the lot and walk back. Get them a car pass when you check in and put it in their car. 23. Please observe rules of good conduct and ecology or you will be asked to leave without a refund. You do not have to tolerate inconsiderate behavior by your neighbors either. Please report it right away. If you wait until tomorrow we probably won't be able to do anything, and you will probably lose a good night's sleep. 24. Harassing the canoers is very dangerous. No power soaking, squirting, throwing things at them, etc. Violating this rule from our property will result in prosecution. Throwing water balloons into the river is also considered littering and can result in being fined $500. 25. This is a privately owned facility and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you!
